Series Synopsis:
Adventures in Paradise is a beautifully filmed adventure television series starring Gardner McKay as Captain Adam Troy, a former World War II pilot who sails the South Pacific aboard his schooner known as the Tiki III. Traveling between exotic islands and remote ports, Troy becomes involved in dangerous adventures, mysteries, espionage, romance, and dramatic encounters with smugglers, fugitives, and fortune seekers. Featuring tropical scenery, nautical adventure, and sophisticated storytelling, the series became one of television’s most memorable island adventure programs of the late 1950s and early 1960s.
