📦 Physical Items
We take great care in getting your order to you. If something isn't quite right, here is how we can help:
- 14-Day Check-in: If you notice an issue, please let us know within 14 days of delivery so we can jump in and help!
- Keep it Safe: To qualify for a return, we ask that items come back to us in the same condition they arrived in.
- Shipping: Since we are a small shop, return shipping is covered by the customer, and original shipping costs aren't refundable. We appreciate your understanding!
💰 Refund Policy
We want to ensure every customer gets a working product. We offer refunds for items that are found to be defective or unplayable upon arrival.
- Because our items are often one-of-a-kind or hard to find, we cannot offer refunds for "change of mind" once a purchase is made.
- Once your return arrives back at our shop, our team will give it a quick inspection to confirm the issue before we process your refund.
- If an item is returned and found to be working perfectly, we’ll reach out to arrange shipping it back to you so you can continue to enjoy it.

Because digital items are delivered instantly to your inbox, all digital sales are final. Once that link is generated, the media is yours to keep forever!
🎬 A Note on Quality
We love history! Since our media comes from historical archives, the picture or sound might reflect the age of the original source. As long as the media plays through, the sale is final. We think the "vintage" feel is part of the charm!
