1. Business Identity

PastTimeTV is an online store operated by SilverScreen Shop Media Co. Throughout these Terms, “PastTimeTV,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SilverScreen Shop Media Co. and the PastTimeTV online store.

By accessing PastTimeTV.com or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website.

2. Products and Independent Editions

PastTimeTV sells independently produced physical-media editions of vintage films, television programs, serials, cartoons, documentaries, and related archival programming. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, these products are not official studio releases and do not imply endorsement by a studio, performer, broadcaster, or other rights holder.

We identify the programming we distribute as public domain or otherwise lawfully distributable. PastTimeTV's original cover art, menus, compilations, written material, branding, and packaging remain protected to the extent allowed by law.

3. Product Information and Archival Quality

We work to describe each product accurately. Product pages identify the physical format, included films or episodes, approximate content quantity, playback information, and relevant condition disclosures.

Vintage source material may contain scratches, audio noise, contrast variation, missing footage, broadcast artifacts, or other limitations caused by age and preservation history. A product described as digitally prepared, remastered, or restored for viewing is not necessarily a modern studio restoration. Any material quality limitation known to us will be disclosed as clearly as reasonably possible.

DVD region coding, television standard, language, aspect ratio, and other compatibility information are stated on the applicable product page. Customers should review those specifications before purchasing.

4. Orders, Prices, and Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout before payment is submitted.

An order is accepted after payment authorization and order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order because of an inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or inability to produce or deliver the item as described.

5. One-Time and Subscription Purchases

Standard DVD, USB, and other product listings are one-time purchases unless the product page and checkout clearly identify the offer as a subscription or recurring purchase.

For a subscription product, the price, billing frequency, included products, shipping schedule, cancellation method, and other recurring conditions will be displayed before checkout. No standard one-time product will be converted into a recurring purchase without the customer's express agreement.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping area, processing times, carrier transit estimates, costs, tracking, and procedures for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments are stated in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but PastTimeTV will assist with qualifying carrier problems.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return eligibility, customer responsibilities, return shipping costs, the 30-day return window, refund timing, and cancellation rules are stated in the Return & Refund Policy. PastTimeTV charges no restocking fee.

8. Personal Use

Products sold through PastTimeTV are intended for personal or household use. Customers may not reproduce, duplicate, upload, rebroadcast, resell, or commercially distribute PastTimeTV's original artwork, menus, compilations, written material, or packaging without authorization.

9. Website Content

The PastTimeTV name, SilverScreen Shop Media Co. name, website design, original written content, product photography, logos, cover designs, and other original store materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with website security, unauthorized data collection, infringement, or transmission of malicious software.

11. Errors and Availability

We may correct typographical errors, product information, prices, or availability. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and offer the choice of accepting the correction or receiving a cancellation and refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PastTimeTV is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes customer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the terms governing an order already placed unless required by law.
